THE LAW
of 28 July 2005
on the merger of the Military Hospital Pilsen with the University Hospital Pilsen
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
(1) On 1 January 2006, the State Contribution Organization of the Military Hospital of Plzeň, based in Pilsen, Ed. Beneš 9, ID number 49775472, where the Office of Defence ("the Military Hospital of Plzeň") is responsible for the State contribution of the Faculty Hospital of Plzeň, based in Plzeň, Ed. Beneš 13, identification number 00669806, where the Office of Health ("Faculty Hospital of Pilsen").
(2) At the date of the merger referred to in paragraph 1, all the rights and obligations of the Military Hospital of Pilsen shall be transferred to the University Hospital of Pilsen, which shall expire on that date; the performance of the function of the founder of the Military Hospital Plzeň goes to the same day from the Ministry of Defence to the Ministry of Health.
In the case of matters, rights and other assets of the State (hereinafter referred to as "property ') with which the military hospital Plzeň was responsible on 31 December 2005, it has been the responsibility of the General Hospital Pilsen since 1 January 2006. On 1 January 2006, all obligations of the Military Hospital of Pilsen, if any, and the rights and obligations of employment relations, are transferred to the University Hospital of Pilsen.
(1) The transfer and acceptance of the assets and liabilities of the Military Hospital of Pilsen and the University Hospital of Pilsen shall be by 31 December 2005 at the latest by a protocol signed by their statutory authorities.
(2) The Protocol contains the name, registered office and identification number of the Military Hospital of Pilsen and the University Hospital of Pilsen, the list of movable goods and immovable property and the list of claims and obligations, indicating their maturity. In the case of real estate incorporated in the real estate register, the information necessary for the registration in the real estate register (1) shall be provided. All technical documentation shall be attached to the report.
(3) By 31 March 2006 at the latest, on the basis of the processing of the results of the sound accounts carried out at Plzeň Military Hospital on 31 December 2005 under the special legislature2, the full list of the assets and liabilities set out in the Protocol shall be specified.
This Law shall take effect on 1 December 2005.
