GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 30 August 2000
repealing Government Regulation No. 475 / 1990 Coll., designating the entrusted municipal authorities, as amended by Government Regulation No. 315 / 1995 Coll., and Government Regulation No. 82 / 1992 Coll., designating other authorised municipal authorities
The Government orders the implementation of Act No. 367 / 1990 Coll., on Municipality (municipal establishment), as amended by Act No. 439 / 1991 Coll., Act No. 485 / 1991 Coll., Act No. 553 / 1991 Coll., Act No. 302 / 1992 Coll., the Constitutional Court found published in No. 97 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 68 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 152 / 1994 Coll., Act No. 279 / 1995 Coll. and the Constitutional Court found published in No. 107 / 2000 Coll.:
They shall be deleted:
1. Decree of the Government No. 475 / 1990 Coll., designating the entrusted municipal authorities.
2. Government Decree No. 82 / 1992 Coll., designating other entrusted municipal authorities.
3. Government Decree No. 315 / 1995 Coll., amending and supplementing Government Decree No. 475 / 1990 Coll., designating the entrusted municipal authorities.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of the elections to regional councils in 2000.
