GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 30 October 2024
amending Government Regulation No 35 / 2017 Coll., establishing a one-off fee for the storage of radioactive waste and the amount of contributions from the nuclear account to municipalities and the rules governing their provision
The Government mandates pursuant to § 117 (4) and § 131 (2) of Act No. 263 / 2016 Coll., Atomic Act, as amended by Act No. 403 / 2020 Coll.:
Government Regulation No. 35 / 2017 Coll., establishing a one-off fee for the storage of radioactive waste and the amount of contributions from the nuclear account to municipalities and the rules governing their provision, is amended as follows:
1. In Article 2 (1), the amount "CZK 600,000" is replaced by "CZK 850 000" and the amount "CZK 0,40" is replaced by "CZK 0,60."
2. In Article 2 (2), "CZK 600,000" is replaced by "CZK 850 000" and "CZK 0,60" is replaced by "CZK 0,90."
3. In Paragraph 2 (3), the amount "CZK 4,000 000 'is replaced by" CZK 5 750 000' and the amount "CZK 10,000 'is replaced by" CZK 14,000'.
4. In Paragraph 2 (4), the amount "50 000 000 CZK 'is replaced by" 60 000 000 CZK'.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2025.
