GOVERNMENT REGULATION

of 25 September 2017

amending Government Regulation No 304 / 2014 Coll., on the remuneration of civil servants, as amended

The Government orders pursuant to § 145 (1) and § 148 (1) of Act No. 234 / 2014 Coll., on Civil Service, and § 128 (2) and § 129 (2) of Act No. 262 / 2006 Coll., Labour Code, as amended by Act No. 362 / 2007 Coll.:

Government Regulation No. 304 / 2014 Coll., on the remuneration of civil servants, as amended by Government Regulation No. 279 / 2015 Coll., Government Regulation No. 327 / 2016 Coll. and Government Regulation No. 115 / 2017 Coll., is amended as follows:

1. In Article 2 (2), the words "or public health authority 'shall be inserted after the words" social security authority'.

2. In Paragraph 5 (1), "1 400 'is replaced by" 1 800'.

3. Paragraph 6 (2) reads as follows:

"(2) The amount of the special premium shall be monthly in the group:

(a) I. 400 to 1,300 CZK,

(b) II. 600 to 2,500 CZK,

(d) IV. 1 500 to 7 500 CZK,

e) V. 2,000 to 10,000 CZK. "

4. Annexes 2 and 3, including the headings, read:
