GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 5 May 2004
amending Decree No. 108 / 1994 Coll., implementing the Labour Code and certain other laws, as amended by Decree No. 461 / 2000 Coll.
The Government orders the implementation of § 128 paragraph 2 of Act No. 65 / 1965 Coll., Labour Code:
Čl. I
In Paragraph 21 of Decree No. 108 / 1994 Coll., implementing the Labour Code and certain other laws, the following paragraph 3 is inserted after paragraph 2:
"(3) Where the employer provides workers with leave of absence to send a national expert 9a) to the institution of the European Union, to another international governmental organisation, to a peacekeeping or rescue operation or to humanitarian aid abroad, the staff member shall be entitled to compensation for the salary of an average salary. The employer shall issue a written certificate to the staff member indicating the duration of the leave. The length of such leave shall not exceed 4 years. ';
"(9a) For example, Council Decision 2003 / 479 / EC concerning the rules applicable to the secondment of national experts and military personnel to the General Secretariat of the Council.";
Paragraph 3 shall become paragraph 4.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
