DECLARATION
of 12 September 2025
amending Decree No. 39 / 2012 Coll., on Dispensary Care, as amended
The Ministry of Health provides, pursuant to Section 120 of Act No. 372 / 2011 Coll., on health services and the conditions for their provision (Act on Health Services), as amended by Act No. 111 / 2019 Coll., Act No. 261 / 2021 Coll. and Act No. 240 / 2024 Coll., for the implementation of Section 5 (3) (b) of the Act on Health Services:
Decree No. 39 / 2012 Coll., on Dispensary Care, as amended by Decree No. 318 / 2016 Coll. and Decree No. 179 / 2021 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In the Annex, the following heading is inserted at the beginning of the Annex: "List of diseases and dispensary care providers'.
2. In the Annex, the following row 50 is added at the end of the entry "Provider in practical medicine for children and adolescents and, where appropriate, another provider ':

3. In the Annex, the following row 56 is added at the end of the entry "Provider in general medical practice or other provider ':

4. In the Annex under the heading "Provider of Child and Adoption psychiatry ', at the end of line 09, the words", in particular severe hyperkinetic behavioural disorder, severe disorder of opposition resistance, severe non-socialised behavioural disorder, severe socialised behavioural disorder and moderate to severe disharmonic development of personality, often associated with self-harm' are added.
5. In the Annex, the following rows 10 to 18 are added at the end of the entry "Provider of Child and Adoption psychiatry ':
