GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 16 September 2009
amending Government Regulation No 416 / 2002 Coll., laying down the amount of the levy and the method of paying it to the source of radioactive waste to the nuclear account and the annual amount of the contribution and the rules governing its provision, as amended by Government Regulation No 46 / 2005 Coll.
The Government hereby orders pursuant to Article 27 (5) of Act No. 18 / 1997 Coll., on the Peaceful Use of Nuclear Energy and Ionising Radiation (Atomic Act) and on the amendment and addition of certain laws, as amended by Act No. 13 / 2002 Coll.:
Government Regulation No. 416 / 2002 Coll., establishing the amount of the levy and the method of paying it to the producer of radioactive waste to the nuclear account and the annual amount of the contribution and the rules for its provision, as amended by Government Regulation No. 46 / 2005 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 4 (1), "CZK 1 500 000 'is replaced by" CZK 3 000 000'.
2. In Paragraph 4 (3), "2005 'is replaced by" 2010'.
Transitional provision
1. An application for a contribution of the amount referred to in Paragraph 4 (1) of Decree No 416 / 2002 Coll., as effective from the date of entry into force of this Regulation, may be submitted by the Municipality to the Radioactive Waste Storage System within 1 month of the date of entry into force of this Regulation.
2. The application referred to in point 1 shall replace the application submitted pursuant to Article 4 (2) of Decree No 416 / 2002 Coll., as effective until the date of entry into force of this Regulation.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 November 2009.
