amending Decree No. 232 / 2023 Coll., amending Decree No. 23 / 2008 Coll., on technical conditions for fire protection of buildings, as amended by Decree No. 268 / 2011 Coll.
The Ministry of the Interior provides pursuant to § 24 (3) of Act No. 133 / 1985 Coll., on Fire Protection, as amended by Act No. 186 / 2006 Coll.:
In Article IV of Decree No. 232 / 2023 Coll., amending Decree No. 23 / 2008 Coll., on technical conditions for fire protection of buildings, as amended by Decree No. 268 / 2011 Coll., "2025 'is replaced by" 2026'.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on the day following that of its publication.
