DECLARATION
of 17 December 2014
amending Decree No. 518 / 2004 Coll., implementing Act No. 435 / 2004 Coll., on Employment, as amended
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides pursuant to Sections 77 (1), 78 (12) and 119a (8) of Act No. 435 / 2004 Coll., on Employment, as amended by Act No. 382 / 2008 Coll. and Act No. 367 / 2011 Coll.:
Decree No. 518 / 2004 Coll., implementing Act No. 435 / 2004 Coll., on Employment, as amended by Decree No. 507 / 2005 Coll., Decree No. 452 / 2008 Coll. and Decree No. 390 / 2011 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Paragraph 8 (1) (a):
"(a) increased administrative costs of 7% of the average monthly wage in the national economy for the first to third quarters of the preceding calendar year,"
2. in Article 9 (1) (a):
"(a) increased administrative costs of 7% of the average monthly wage in the national economy for the first to third quarters of the preceding calendar year,"
3. in Article 14a (1) (a):
"(a) increased administrative costs of 4% of the average monthly national economy wage for the first to third quarters of the preceding calendar year,"
4. Paragraph 31a (3) reads as follows:
"(3) The allowance for the placement of the candidate for employment and his / her residence in employment for at least 6 months shall be payable within 30 calendar days of the date on which the Agency notified the Regional Branch of the Labour Office of this fact. ';
5. Paragraph 31a (4) is deleted.
Paragraph 5 shall become paragraph 4.
Efficacy
This Decree shall enter into force on 1 January 2015.
