DECLARATION
of 12 December 2007
amending Decree No. 505 / 2006 Coll., implementing certain provisions of the Social Services Act, as amended by Decree No. 166 / 2007 Coll.
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides pursuant to § 119 paragraph 2 of Act No. 108 / 2006 Coll., on Social Services, as amended by Act No. 261 / 2007 Coll.:
Decree No. 505 / 2006 Coll., implementing certain provisions of the Social Services Act, as amended by Decree No. 166 / 2007 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Articles 5 (2), 6 (2) (a), 8 (2), 9 (2), 10 (2) (a), 11 (2) (a), 12 (2) (a) and 35 (2) (c), '85' is replaced by '100';
2. in § 6 (2) (b), § 10 (2) (b), § 11 (2) (b), § 12 (2) (b), § 13 (2) (b), § 14 (2) (b), § 15 (2) (b), § 16 (2) (b), § 17 (2) (a), § 18 (2) (b), § 22 (2) (a), § 32 (2) (a) and § 35 (2) (b), "140" and "70" shall be replaced by "75";
3. in Articles 10 (2) (c), 13 (2) (a), 14 (2) (a), 15 (2) (a), 16 (2) (a), 17 (2) (b), 18 (2) (a) and 35 (2) (a), "160" is replaced by "180."
4. In Paragraph 22 (2) (b), "90 'is replaced by" 100', "60 'is replaced by" 70' and "30 'is replaced by" 40'.
5. In Paragraph 23 (2), "90 'is replaced by" 100'.
6. Paragraph 29, including the title, reads:
Post-care services
(1) Basic activities in the provision of follow-up services shall be provided to the extent that:
(a) socio-therapeutic activities:
This appropriation is intended to cover commitments remaining to be settled from previous years.
(b) facilitating contact with the social environment:
activities enabling better orientation in social relations,
(c) assistance in the exercise of rights, legitimate interests and in the provision of personal matters:
1. assistance in the handling of routine issues;
2. Assistance for the restoration or consolidation of family contact and assistance and support for other activities promoting social inclusion;
(d) provision of accommodation, if it is a residence form of service:
1. accommodation,
2. ensuring conditions for cleaning, bed linen and ironing,
3. ensuring conditions for overall body hygiene;
(e) provision of food or assistance in the provision of food, if it is a residence form of service:
1. the creation of conditions for self-preparation; or
2. ensuring a full-day diet corresponding to age, principles of rational nutrition and dietary eating needs.
(2) The maximum amount of remuneration for the provision of follow-up care is:
(a) CZK 150 per day for the operations referred to in paragraph 1 (d), including operating costs relating to the provision of accommodation,
(b) for the act referred to in paragraph 1 (e) (2)
1. 150 CZK per day for all-day meals in the range of at least 3 main meals,
2.75 CZK for lunch,
including operational costs related to food preparation. ';
7. In Paragraph 33 (2) (b), "130 'is replaced by" 150'.
8. The following Section 37a is inserted after Section 37:
The qualification course for social services workers shall not be required for natural persons who have received a secondary education with a graduate examination in the fields of education listed in Annex 4 to this Decree. ';
9. In Annex No 1, Part I, point (k) (6), the words "and recognition 'are deleted.
10. In Annex No 1 (I) (p) (2), the words "school or educational establishment 'are deleted.
11. in Annex 1 (I) (q) (2):
'2. use or replacement of an orthopaedic or compensatory device or other medical device; ';
12. in Annex No 1, Part I, point (q), point 3 is deleted;
Points 4 to 7 shall be renumbered 3 to 6.
13. In Annex No 1, Part I (r), the words "or the performance of speech exercises' shall be added at the end of the text in point 6.
14. In Annex No 1, Part II (b) (4), the words "or educational establishment 'are inserted after the words" school', point 5 is deleted and in the final part of the provisions the words "4 to 6 'are replaced by the words" 4 and 5'.
Points 6 and 7 shall become points 5 and 6.
15. In Annex No 1, Part II (c) (2), the word "values' is deleted.
16. In Annex No 1, Part II (d) (1), the words "or educational establishments' shall be inserted after the words" with the school '.
17. In Annex No 1, Part II (e), at the end of point 3, the comma is replaced by a semicolon and point 4 is deleted.
18. In Annex No 1, Part II, point (f) (2), the word "non-working 'is deleted.
19. In Annex No 1, Part II, point (h), at the end of point 4, the semicolon is replaced by a comma and the following point 5 is added:
"5. heating a simple meal; '.
20. in Annex 1, Part II, point (h), the final part of the provision shall read:
"for persons under 7 years of age, the need for assistance and supervision in an operation shall not be taken into account; for persons under 15 years of age, the need for assistance and supervision in the activities referred to in points 1 to 4 shall not be taken into account; ';
21. In Annex No 1, Part II, point (k), at the end of point 3, the comma is replaced by a semicolon and point 4 is deleted.
22. In Annex No 1, Part II, point (o) (3), the words "or levers' are inserted after the words" taps'.
23. The following Annex 4 is inserted after Annex 3, including footnote 3:

3) Government Decree No. 689 / 2004 Coll., on the system of fields of education in basic, secondary and higher vocational education, as amended. '
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2008, with the exception of Article I (8) and (23), which shall take effect on the date of its publication.
