amending Decree No 231 / 1996 Coll., determining the flat-rate amount of the costs of infringement proceedings
In agreement with the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of the Interior provides pursuant to § 79 paragraph 1 of Act No. 200 / 1990 Coll., on Infringements, as amended:
Decree No 231 / 1996 Coll., determining the flat-rate amount of the costs of infringements, is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 1 (1), the amount "500 CZK 'is replaced by" 1000 CZK'.
2. In Paragraph 1 (2), the amount "CZK 500" is replaced by "CZK 1,500" and the amount "CZK 800" is replaced by "CZK 2,500."
3. In Paragraph 1, the sentence "If more experts have been added to the expert opinion at the end of paragraph 2, the flat-rate amount of the costs may amount to a maximum of CZK 6,000 after an increase under this paragraph."
The costs of the infringement proceedings initiated before the date of application of this Order shall be determined in accordance with the present Regulation.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 November 2003.
