GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 10 July 2002
establishing a list of certain sensitive activities
The Government orders pursuant to § 81b (3) of Act No. 148 / 1998 Coll., on the Protection of classified information and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended by Act No. 310 / 2002 Coll.:
A sensitive activity concerning the preparation and conduct of the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation Summit in Prague ("the Summit '), which could threaten the security of the state or other important interests of the state, is:
(a) ensuring the protocol for technical preparation of foreign visits, including accompanying guests and drawing up a timetable;
(b) processing of the programme of authorisations for the operation of telecommunications equipment under specific legislation, 1)
(c) provision and provision of transport to members of the summit, carried out by organisations, 2)
(d) the provision of services in places where persons under international agreements are moved or are accommodated under the Protocol;
(e) service and service activities on premises where persons under special regulations are consumed or accommodated under the protocol. 3)
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
