amending Decree No. 327 / 1992 of the Czech Mining Authority Coll., laying down requirements for the safety and health of work and safety of operations in the manufacture and processing of explosives and the professional competence of workers for this activity
In agreement with the Ministry of Industry and Trade pursuant to § 23 paragraph 7 and § 24 paragraph 4 of Act No. 61 / 1988 Coll., on Mining Activities, Explosives and the State Mining Administration, as amended by Act No. 542 / 1991 Coll. and Act No. 315 / 2001 Coll.:
Čl. I
Decree No. 327 / 1992 Coll., laying down requirements to ensure safety and health at work and safety of operations in the manufacture and processing of explosives and the professional competence of workers for this activity, shall be amended as follows:

„§ 23
Common provisions
The organisation can only produce plastic explosives that are marked for detection purposes. The detection substance is any of the substances listed in Annex 4 to this Decree. ';
2. Annex 4 shall read as follows:

"Annex No 4 to Decree No 327 / 1992 Coll.
DETECTION SUBSTANCES FOR THE PURPOSES OF PLASTIC MARKINGS
1. Detectives listed in the table below are intended to be used for better detection of explosives by means of vapour detection devices. The substance shall be added to the explosive in such a way that it is homogeneously dispersed in the finished product. The minimum concentration of the detection substance in the finished product at the time of manufacture shall be that in the table below.
