DECLARATION
of 20 February 2024
amending Decree No. 422 / 2023 Coll., on Admissions to Central Education and Education in the Conservatory
The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports provides pursuant to § 64 of Act No. 561 / 2004 Coll., on Pre-School, Basic, Medium, Higher Vocational and Other Education (Education Act), as amended by Act No. 421 / 2023 Coll.:
1. In Article 2, "20 February 'is replaced by" 21 February';
2. In Paragraph 2, the words "21 February 'are replaced by the words" 20 February'.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on the day following that of its publication, with the exception of the provisions of Article 5 (1) (a) and (b). I, point 2, which shall take effect on 16 May 2024.
