amending Decree No. 505 / 2006 Coll., implementing certain provisions of the Social Services Act, as amended
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides pursuant to § 119 (2) of Act No. 108 / 2006 Coll., on Social Services, as amended by Act No. 261 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 206 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 366 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 313 / 2013 Coll. and Act No. 254 / 2014 Coll., for implementation of § § 73 (3), § 74 (3) and § 75 (1) of this Act:
Decree No. 505 / 2006 Coll., implementing certain provisions of the Social Services Act, as amended by Decree No. 166 / 2007 Coll., Decree No. 340 / 2007 Coll., Decree No. 239 / 2009 Coll., Decree No. 162 / 2010 Coll., Decree No. 391 / 2011 Coll., Decree No. 389 / 2013 Coll., Decree No. 218 / 2016 Coll. and Decree No. 387 / 2017 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. In § 5 (2), § 6 (2) (a), § 8 (2), § 9 (2), § 10 (2) (a), § 11 (2) (a), § 12 (2) (a), § 17 (2) (c) and § 35 (2) (c), "CZK 130" is replaced by "CZK 135."
2. In § 6 (2) (b) (1), § 10 (2) (b) (1), § 11 (2) (b) (1), § 12 (2) (b) (1), § 13 (2) (b) (1), § 14 (2) (b) (1), § 15 (2) (b) (1), § 16 (2) (b) (1), § 17 (2) (a) (1), § 18 (2) (b) (1), § 22 (2) (a) (a) (1), § 29 (2) (b) (1), § 32 (2) (a) (1) and in § 35 (2) (b) (1), "170 CZK" is replaced by "
3. In § 6 (2) (b) (2), § 10 (2) (b) (2), § 11 (2) (b) (2), § 12 (2) (b) (2), § 13 (2) (b) (2), § 14 (2) (b) (2), § 15 (2) (b) (2), § 16 (2) (b) (2), § 17 (2) (a) (2), § 18 (2) (b) (2) (2) (a), § 35 (2) (2) (a), "75 CZK" is replaced by "95 CZK."
4. In Paragraph 6 (2) (c), the amount "30 CZK 'is replaced by" 40 CZK'.
5. in § 6 (2) (d), the amount "115 CZK" is replaced by "140 CZK."
6. In Paragraph 6 (2) (e), the amount "70 CZK" is replaced by "80 CZK."
7. In Sections 10 (2) (c), 13 (2) (a), 14 (2) (a), 15 (2) (a), 16 (2) (a), 17 (2) (b), 18 (2) (a) and 35 (2) (a), the amount "210 CZK" is replaced by "250 CZK."
8. In § 22 (2) (b) (1) and § 23 (2) the amount "130 CZK" is replaced by "150 CZK."
9. In § 22 (2) (b) (2), "100 CZK" is replaced by "120 CZK" and "70 CZK" is replaced by "80 CZK."
10. In § 29 (2) (a) and § 33 (2) (b), the amount "180 CZK" is replaced by "220 CZK."
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 March 2022.
