THE LAW
of 21 January 2020
amending Act No. 248 / 2000 Coll., on the Promotion of Regional Development, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
In the second sentence of Paragraph 18 (8) of Act No. 248 / 2000 Coll., on Support for Regional Development, as amended by Act No. 298 / 2015 Coll., the word "President 'is replaced by the word" Member'.
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
