DECLARATION
of 9 February 2015
amending Decree No 396 / 2003 Coll., laying down the detailed conditions for the composition and repayment of bail and the composition and reimbursement of the election allowance in connection with the holding of elections to the Parliament of the Czech Republic, as amended by Decree No 345 / 2006 Coll.
The Ministry of Finance provides pursuant to § 92 paragraph 2 of Act No. 247 / 1995 Coll., on Elections to Parliament of the Czech Republic and on the amendment and amendment of certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 204 / 2000 Coll. and Act No. 37 / 2002 Coll.:
Decree No 396 / 2003 Coll., laying down the detailed conditions for the composition and repayment of bail and the reimbursement of the election allowance in connection with the holding of elections to the Parliament of the Czech Republic, as amended by Decree No 345 / 2006 Coll., is hereby amended as follows:
1. In the first sentence of Article 1 (1), the words "normal 'and" locally relevant branches' are deleted.
2. In the second sentence of Article 1 (2), the words "and the bank identification code (hereinafter referred to as" the banking link ')' are deleted.
3. In the second sentence of Article 1 (3), the words "banking links' are replaced by the words" account numbers'.
4. In Paragraph 1 (4), the words "under the Basic Register Act 'shall be inserted after the words" with an identification number6) of a political party or political movement'.
footnote 6 is deleted, including the footnote reference.
5. In Paragraph 2 (1), the words "reduced by the amounts of the prices charged by the Czech National Bank to the special account 'are replaced by the words" reduced by the amounts of the prices debited by the Czech National Bank from the special account' and the words "banking links: 772-14422001 / 0710 entitled" Election and deposit allowances' are replaced by the words "account number 772-5921001 / 0710 '.
6. In the first sentence of Article 2 (2), "Other current accounts' is replaced by" Other current accounts', "379 - Other liabilities' is replaced by" 378 - Other short-term liabilities' and in the second sentence, "379 'is replaced by" 378'.
7. In Article 2 (3), the words "the relevant branch 'are deleted.
8. In the title of Annex 1, the word "branches' is deleted.
9. In the table in Annex No 1, the words "CNB branch 'are replaced by the words" CNB workspace'.
10. In the title of Annex 2, the word "branches' is deleted.
11. In the table in Annex No 2, the words "CNB branch 'are replaced by the words" CNB workspace'.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 April 2015.
