amending Decree No. 46 / 2010 Coll., on the jurisdiction of administrations of national parks and administrations of protected landscape areas to exercise government administration in administrative districts consisting of national natural reserves, national natural monuments and their protection zones, as amended
According to § 78 (1) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Protection, as amended by Act No. 218 / 2004 Coll. and Act No. 381 / 2009 Coll.:
The Annex to Decree No. 46 / 2010 Coll., on the jurisdiction of administrations of national parks and administrations of protected landscape areas to exercise government administration in administrative districts consisting of national natural reserves, national natural monuments and their protection zones, as amended by Decree No. 163 / 2011 Coll., Decree No. 324 / 2011 Coll., Decree No. 216 / 2012 Coll. and Decree No. 206 / 2013 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In the row "Administration of the Protected Landscape Area of Pálava 'in the column" National Natural Monument', the words "Hodonín Dúbrava 'are inserted after the words" Dunajovická hill (1454)'.
2. In the row "Administration of the Protected Landscape Area of Pálava 'in the column" National Natural Heritage', the word "(5783) 'is inserted after the word" Kukles'.
This Decree takes effect on 1 April 2014.
