imposing collective agreements of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs announces that, in accordance with the provisions of § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, the following collective agreements of higher degree and one Appendix No. 2 to the collective agreement of higher degree were deposited with it between 2.1 and 17.1.2012:
1. Collective contract of higher degree, concluded on 21 December 2011 for 2012 between the Contracting Parties
KOVO Trade Union
and
The Union of foundries of the Czech Republic.
2. Collective contract of higher degree, concluded on 11 December 2011 for 2012 between the Contracting Parties
Trade union of wood workers, forestry and water management
and
The Union of Employers Small Water Czech Republic.
3. Collective contract of higher degree, concluded on 21 December 2011 for 2012 between the Contracting Parties
Trade union of agricultural and nutrition workers
- Association of Free Unions of the Czech Republic
and
By the Agricultural Union of the Czech Republic
The Czech Moravian Union of Agricultural Entrepreneurs.
4. Appendix 2 to a collective agreement of higher degree, concluded on 6 December 2011 between the Contracting Parties
Trade union of mining, geology and oil industry workers
and
Employee association of mining and oil industry
- Commonwealth of Miners of the Czech Republic.
