of 14 January 2010
on the issue of commemorative silver CZK 200 for the 600th anniversary of the construction of the Old Town Clock
The Czech National Bank provides pursuant to § 22 (a) of Act No. 6 / 1993 Coll., on the Czech National Bank, as amended by Act No. 442 / 2000 Coll.:
§ 1
(1) On the 600th anniversary of the construction of the Old Town Clock, a commemorative silver two hundred crown (hereinafter referred to as "two hundred crown") is issued.
(2) Two hundred koruna is issued in the normal version and in a special version intended for collector's purposes with a polished field of coin and matte relief (hereinafter referred to as the special version).
(3) Two hundred korona in normal and special design is rolled from an alloy containing 900 parts of silver and 100 parts of copper. The weight of the 2-hundredth crown is 13 g, its diameter 31 mm and the force 2,3 mm. The edge of two hundred crowns in normal version is serrated, the edge of two hundred crowns in special version is smooth with the feature "CZECH NATIONAL BANKA * Ag 0.900 * 13 g *." In the case of an embossing of two hundred crowns in normal and special design, the tolerance shall be 0,1 mm in diameter and 0,15 mm in thickness. In mass, the tolerance shall be up to 0,26 g and in the silver content shall be up to 1%.
§ 2
(1) On the face of two hundred crowns are in the middle of the coin field in a square cut of the figure of four apostles from the Old Town Clock. Among the pair of apostles is a representation of the decoration of the sliding doors from the Old Town Clock. Above the figures of the apostles is a depiction of a statue of a rooster from the Old Town Clock. The name of the State "CZECH REPUBLIC ', which is separated by a dot after the word" REPUBLIC', is written in stylized letters throughout the district of the two-hundred crowns. The denomination of the coin with the abbreviation "200 CZK" is under a square cut with the characters of the apostles. The brand of the mint that drove the two hundred crown is after the word "CZECH" in the name of the state.
(2) On the reverse of the 200 crown is the clock machine of the Old Town Clock. At the left edge of the clock machine, the skull is shown as a symbol of time elasticity. There is a copy of the "COLLECTION OF THE OLD TOWN ORLOY" and the years "1410 - 2010." The individual words of the copy and the years are separated by dots. Above the letter "A" from the word "Old Town" are the initials of the author of the two hundred crown, academic sculptor Ivan Řehák, which are composed of the associated letters "IR."
(3) The picture of the two hundred crown is given in the annex to this decree.
§ 3
This Decree takes effect on 17 March 2010.
