extending the commitment of a collective agreement to a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides pursuant to Section 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining:
The collective contract of higher degree concluded on 16 December 1998 between the Czech Republic's Department of Chemistry and the Czech Republic's Chemical Industry Association (1), as amended by Appendix 1 of 16 November 19992, is binding on the employers listed in the Annex as well as on the date of application of this decree.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
