amending Decree No. 41 / 1965 Coll., on the use of private cars by workers in external performance
The Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides, pursuant to § 43 (1) of Act No. 133 / 1970 Coll., on the competence of federal ministries, in agreement with the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Socialist Republic and the Slovak Socialist Republic and with the Central Council of Trade Unions:
The Annex to Decree No. 41 / 1965 Coll., on the use of personal vehicles by workers in external performance, reads:
"The rate of compensation per km of travel by own passenger vehicle at external performance shall be:

The rates of refund referred to in Article I shall apply to journeys by own passenger vehicle at external performance starting on 30 March 1974.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
