repealing the Ministry of Youth and Physical Education of the Czech Socialist Republic
The Czech National Council decided on this law:
The Ministry of Youth and Physical Education of the Czech Socialist Republic is hereby repealed.
Rights and obligations from employment relations are transferred from the current Ministry to the Office of the Government of the Czech Socialist Republic.
The provisions of § 1 (7) and § 9 of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 2 / 1969 Coll., on the establishment of ministries and other central bodies of the state administration of the Czech Socialist Republic are hereby repealed.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
