supplementing Decree No 93 / 1962 of the Minister for the Metal Industry and the ore mines Coll. on the State Service for Precious metals
In agreement with the participating central authorities pursuant to § 13 (1) of the Legislative Decree of the Bureau of the National Assembly No. 2 / 1955 Coll. on the State Service for Measures and Weights, on the State Service for Expenses and on the Testing of Weapons and Ammunition for Civil Use, as amended by § 8 of Decree No. 3 / 1959 Coll. on the Establishment of the State Committee for the Development of Technology and § 5 of Act No. 115 / 1964 Coll. on Changes in the Organisation and Scope of Certain Sectoral Central Authorities:
Paragraph 13 (2) (b) of the Ordinance of the Minister for the Metallic Industry and the ore mines No 93 / 1962 Coll. on the State Service for Precious metals is supplemented by the designation of further prescribed purity for gold goods as follows:

The official mark for gold goods of purity 375 / 1000 shall be published in the Annex.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
