regulating the award of the honorary title "Hero of Socialist Work"
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders, with the consent of the President of the Republic pursuant to § § 1 and 7 of Act No. 247 / 1949 Coll., on Honours and Honours:
The honorary title "Hero of Socialist Work" is hereby introduced, with which is associated the right to wear the golden star Hero of Socialist Work.
(1) The honorary title "Hero of Socialist Work" is awarded by the President of the Republic, on a proposal from the Government, to those who have made a particularly excellent pioneering activity, in particular in industry, agriculture, transport or trade, or by scientific discoveries or technological inventions, an exceptional credit for the victory of socialism in the Czechoslovak Republic and have contributed to the enhancement of the national economy, culture or science, or to strengthening the state's defence capabilities.
(2) At the same time, the President of the Republic can lend the Hero of Socialist Work to the Order of Clemente Gottwald - for building a socialist country.
(1) Details of the conditions for the award of the honorary title "Hero of Socialist Work," description of the golden star Hero of Socialist Work, details of its wearing, as well as details of the wearing of other orders and honours are contained in the attached Statutes, which are part of this Regulation.
(2) The Prime Minister manages matters of the honorary title "Hero of Socialist Work."
The honorary title of Hero of Labour and the Order of Socialism set up by Government Decree No. 30 / 1951 Coll.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication; All members of the government will do it.

DEFINITIONS OF THE FRESH Titulus "SOCIALISTIC WORKING'
(1) The honorary title "Hero of Socialist Work" is awarded to those who have made a particularly excellent pioneering activity, particularly in industry, agriculture, transport or trade, or by scientific discoveries or technical inventions gained exceptional merit in the victory of socialism in the Czechoslovak Republic and contributed to the enhancement of national economy, culture or science or to strengthening the state's defence capabilities.
(2) The honorary title "Hero of Socialist Work" is awarded by the President of the Republic on a proposal from the Government, which can also lend to the Hero the socialist work of the Order of Clementus Gottwald - for building a socialist country.
(3) The hero of the socialist work will receive a diploma of his honor, the golden star of the Hero of the socialist work and with it an order book as proof to carry the star.
(4) The Golden Star Hero of Socialist Work has the shape of a plastic five-pointed star with a 29 mm tip span. The face of the star is decorated with five rays running out of its center. On the back are letters of the Czech Republic, above them a sickle and hammer and a matrix number. The star is pressed with gold, its surface is polished. The gold hanging ring is hung on the red ribbon 38 mm wide and 30 mm long, mounted on the top end of the gold rectangular clamp 3 mm wide and 38 mm long, decorated with longitudinal creases.
(5) The Golden Star Heroes of Socialist Work is worn on the left side of the breast behind the Golden Star Heroes of ČSR over all Czechoslovak orders and honours, or over the ribbons of Czechoslovak orders and honours. They always wear them in one piece.
The honorary title "Hero of Socialist Work" can be awarded even after death; In such a case, the golden star of the Hero of Socialist Work and Documents will be delivered to the family decorated.
If he died decorated, the golden star leaves the heroes of socialist labor and papers as a monument to his family; But no one in the family can wear it. If there is no one in the deceased's family, then be the golden star Hero of Socialist Work and Papers returned to the Bureau of the Government.
(1) If a decorated act, which makes him unworthy of the honorary title "Hero of Socialist Work," was committed, or if the fact that the honorary title "Hero of Socialist Work" was subsequently made clear to him is lost.
(2) Once the Commission set up pursuant to § 9 (2) of Act No. 247 / 1949 Coll., either the golden star of the Hero of Socialist Work and the documents immediately returned to the Bureau of Government.
(3) Either the golden star of the Hero of Socialist Work and the documents which he lost in the loss of civil rights, declared by the court, is returned to the Bureau of the Bureau of the Government.
(1) In the event of loss, theft, etc., the Office of the Bureau of the Government may issue a replacement gold star to the Hero of Socialist Work and documents for the remuneration which it itself provides for.
(2) Loss and theft shall be notified without delay to the Office of the Bureau of the Government.
(3) The Golden Star Hero of Socialist Work is inalienable.
"Hero of Socialist Work" is managed by the Prime Minister.
