GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 24 July 1956
on the abolition of certain delegates *)
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders, with the consent of the President of the Republic pursuant to § 1 of the Constitutional Act No. 47 / 1950 Coll., on adaptations in the organisation of public administration:
§ 1.
(1) The delegation of state goods and the delegation of forests and timber industries are hereby repealed.
(2) The responsibility for agriculture and forestry is set up.
(3) In the field of agriculture and forestry, the current responsibility of agriculture, the entrustment of state goods, with the exception of the management of large-scale feeders and in the field of forestry, is transferred to the entrustment of forests and timber industry.
(4) The management of water management in Slovakia is subject to the responsibility of agriculture and forestry.
§ 2.
(1) The delegation of culture and the Slovak Ministry of the Church are hereby repealed.
(2) Education and Culture Committeeis set up.
(3) The delegation of education and culture shall be transferred to the previous competence of the delegation of education and of the delegation of culture, with the exception of those in the field of the printing industry, as well as to the fundamental religious questions of the former competence of the Slovak Church Office.
§ 3.
(1) A mandate for the food industry and the purchase of agricultural products is set up.
(2) The mandate of the food industry and the purchase of agricultural products is transferred to the previous mandate of the food industry, to the management of the purchase of agricultural products and to the mandate of the public goods management of large-scale feeders.
§ 4.
(1) A light industry delegation is set up.
(2) The delegation of the consumer industry has been transferred to the current mandate of the light industry and in the field of the woodworking industry, and has drunk the previous mandate of the forest and timber industry, as well as the existing mandate of the cultural authority in the field of the printing industry.
§ 5.
The detailed definition of the tasks of each central government body in relation to the transfer of competence under this Regulation shall be carried out by the government.
§ 6.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication; All members of the government will do it.
