Government Regulation
of 17 July 1945
to change the interest rate on deposits to postal savings banks' books.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to § 19, paragraph 1 of the Act of 23 September 1930, No. 143 Coll., on the Postal Savings Room:
§ 1.
The interest rate on deposit book deposits is 11 / 4%.
§ 2.
The Government Decree of 26 September 1940, No. 354 Coll., amending the interest rate on deposits on postal savings accounts, is hereby repealed.
§ 3.
This Regulation applies in the Czech and Moravian-Silesian countries and takes effect on 1 July 1945; they shall be carried out by the Minister for Post.
