DECLARATION
of 6 November 2024
amending Decree No. 286 / 2012 Coll., on the external marking, badges, service uniforms and special colour design and marking of service vehicles of the customs administration, as amended
The Ministry of Finance provides pursuant to Sections 14 (4), 20 (3) and (6) and 34 (3) of Act No. 17 / 2012 Coll., on the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic, as amended by Act No. 243 / 2016 Coll.:
Decree No. 286 / 2012 Coll., on the external marking, badges, service uniforms and special colour design and marking of service vehicles of the customs administration, as amended by Decree No. 316 / 2013 Coll., Decree No. 359 / 2017 Coll., Decree No. 194 / 2018 Coll. and Decree No. 502 / 2020 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Paragraph 3 (b):
"(b) the symbol of the customs administration in the form of a shield comprising four direction arrows containing the abbreviation" CS "; a representation of the symbol of the customs administration is given in Annex 3, Figure 2. ';
2. in Article 4 (2) (d), the word "or" shall be deleted;
3. In Article 4, at the end of paragraph 2, the dot is replaced by "or 'and the following point (f) is added:
"(f) yellow letters on a dark background in two rows."
4. In Article 4 (3), the words "up to 6 'are deleted.
5. In the last sentence of Paragraph 4 (4), "7 'is replaced by" 3'.
6. In the second sentence of Article 4 (5), "8 to 10 'is replaced by" 4'.
7. In Section 7, the words "; reflective means means means components of yellow with the white inscription" CUSTOMS MANAGEMENT 'on the green background' are deleted.
8. In the first sentence of Article 9 (1), the words "horizontal and vertical blue 'are replaced by the words" oblique blue and grey stripes'; in the last sentence, the words "side sides and 'are deleted and the words" customs administration' are added at the end of the text of the paragraph. ';
9. in Article 9 (2) (c):
"(c) behind the windshield of the vehicle, a service vehicle identification card consisting of a symbol of customs administration with the inscription" CUSTOMS MANAGEMENT, "the inscription" SERVICE VEHICLE "consisting of white letters, the inscription in two rows" CUSTOMS MANAGEMENT OF THE CR GENERAL DIRECTORATE-GENERAL "and the rectangle for the registration mark. The service vehicle identification card has a blue background. The image of the model of the service vehicle identification card is given in Annex 5. ';
10. In the first sentence of Article 12 (4), the words "white emblem Mercury on grey blue background 'are replaced by" symbol of customs administration on blue background and tricolour'.
11. in Paragraph 16 (1):
"(1) The technical means of marking or delimitation by means of a customs office designated for the purpose of prohibiting access to it shall be a belt marked" CUSTOMS MANAGEMENT '(hereinafter referred to as "the belt') which forms alternately:
(a) a white field with a blue inscription "ENTERTAINMENT," and
(b) a blue field with a white customs administration symbol and "CUSTOMS MANAGEMENT." ';
12. Annexes No 2 to 11 shall read as follows:

Formats and model of service cards
1. Requirements
a) The service card is a double-sided plastic card with dimensions 86 x 54 mm.
(b) The text "CUSTOMS GOVERNANCE OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC" shall appear in a blue background in two rows below. The text "SERVICE TRADE '," PERSONAL NUMBER:', "NAME: '," RECEIVATION:', "DATE OF ISSUE: 'and" Directorate-General of Customs' with a dedicated place for electronically printed signature of the Director-General. There's a black and white picture of a customs officer in the left side. The text "CUSTOMS MANAGEMENT OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC" appears in a blue-green combination of colours in two rows below. The eight-digit service card identification number shall be indicated in blue under this sign. In the right part there is a large state character and above it is a white text "CUSTOMS DOUANE."
(c) On the reverse side of the service card, the text is given in blue: "The finder of this service card is requested to be surrendered to the nearest customs authority or to the police of the Czech Republic." The contact chip is placed on the left and underneath it is given in a blue-green combination of colours in two rows below the text "CUSTOMS MANAGEMENT OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC." On the right is the QR code of the blue color.

Forms and model of ID of civil servant
1. Requirements
(a) The civil servant card is a double-sided plastic card with dimensions 86 x 54 mm.
(b) The text "CUSTOMS GOVERNANCE OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC" shall appear in green background in two rows below. The text "EMPLOYMENT TRADE '," PERSONAL NUMBER:', "NAME: '," RECEIVATION:', "DATE OF EXAMINATION: 'and" Directorate-General of Customs' with a dedicated location for electronically printed signature of the Director-General. There's a black and white image of a civil servant in the left. The text "CUSTOMS MANAGEMENT OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC" appears in a blue-green combination of colours in two rows below. Under this sign, the eight-digit identification number of the civil servant card is indicated in blue. In the right part there is a large state character and above it is a white text "CUSTOMS DOUANE."
(c) On the reverse side of the ID card, the text is given in blue: "The person seeking this card is requested to be surrendered to the nearest customs authority or to the police of the Czech Republic." On the left is the contact chip and below it is placed in a blue green combination of colours in two rows below. On the right is the QR code of the blue color.

Transitional provisions
1. The symbol of the Customs Administration under Decree No. 286 / 2012 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of the Order, may be used until 31 December 2034.
2. The special colour and marking of service vehicles of the customs administration pursuant to Decree No. 286 / 2012 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this Order, may be used until 31 December 2039.
3. The official or civil servant card issued pursuant to Decree No. 286 / 2012 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this Order, may be used until 31 December 2029.
4. The belt marked "CUSTOMS MANAGEMENT" under Decree No. 286 / 2012 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this Order, may be used until 31 December 2029.
5. The service badge of the Customs Administration pursuant to Decree No. 286 / 2012 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of the Order, may be used until 31 December 2034.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2025.
