DECLARATION
of 20 November 2023
amending Decree No. 37 / 1992 Coll., on Rules of Procedure for Regional and Regional Courts, as amended
The Ministry of Justice provides, pursuant to § 45 (1) of Act No. 6 / 2002 Coll., on Courts, Judgments, Addresses and Government Administration of the Courts and on the amendment of certain other laws (Law on Courts and Judges):
Decree No. 37 / 1992 Coll., on Rules of Procedure for Regional and Regional Courts, as amended by Decree No. 584 / 1992 Coll., Decree No. 194 / 1993 Coll., Order No. 246 / 1995 Coll., Order No. 278 / 1996 Coll., Order No. 234 / 1997 Coll., Decree No. 482 / 2000 Coll., Decree No. 104 / 2002 Coll., Decree No. 268 / 2003 Coll., Decree No. 202 / 2007 Coll., Decree No. 322 / 2013 Coll., Decree No. 384 / 2017 Coll., Decree No. 222 / 2009 Coll., Decree No. 457 / 2009 Coll., Decree No. 438 / 2011 Coll., Decree No. 322 / 2013 Coll., Decree No. 384 / 2017 Coll., Decree No. 322 / 2021 Coll., Decree No. 516 / 2021 Coll.
1. In Section 2 (2) of the introductory part of the provision, the word "equipment 'is replaced by the word" occupancy'.
2. in Article 2 (2) (a), at the end of point 6, the semicolon is replaced by a comma and the following points 7 and 8 are added:
"7. crimes against human dignity in the sexual field and trafficking in human beings pursuant to Articles 168 (1) (a) and 168 (2) (a) of the Criminal Code, abuse of the entrusted person (§ 198 of the Criminal Code), abuse of a person living in a common residence (§ 199 of the Criminal Code) and seduction of sexual intercourse (§ 202 of the Criminal Code),
8. international judicial cooperation; ';
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2024.
