Communication from the Energy Regulatory Authority No 339 / 2016 Coll.

The Energy Regulatory Authority, in accordance with Article 10 (2) of Act No 526 / 1990 Coll., on prices, as amended, announces that pursuant to Article 17 (6) (d) of Act No 458 / 2000 Coll., on the Terms of Business and on the Performance of Government Administration in the Energy Sector and on the Amendment of Certain Laws (Energy Act), as amended, issued Price Decision No 3 / 2016 of 23 September 2016 setting out certain regulated prices under Act No 165 / 2012 Coll., on Supported Energy Sources, and on the Amendment of certain Laws No 5 / 2016 of 26 September 2016, amending the Energy Regulator Price Decision No 5 / 2015 of 19 November 2015 on Support for Supported Energy Sources, and Price Decision No 5 / 2016 of 26 September 2016 on Aid for Supported Energy.

According to Article 17 (9) of the Energy Act, the Energy Regulatory Authority published price decision No 3 / 2016 in the Energy Regulatory Bulletin of 27 September 2016, amounting to 6. The price decision became valid on that date of publication. It shall take effect on 1 January 2017.

The price decision of the Energy Regulatory Authority No 4 / 2016 was published in the Energy Regulatory Bulletin of 29 September 2016, amounting to 7. The price decision became valid on that date of publication. The activities took place on 1 October 2016.

The price decision of the Energy Regulatory Authority No 5 / 2016 was published in the Energy Regulatory Bulletin of 29 September 2016, amounting to 8. The price decision became valid on that date of publication. It shall take effect on 1 January 2017.
