DECLARATION
of 7 December 2015
amending Decree No. 409 / 2005 Coll., on sanitary requirements for products coming into direct contact with water and for water treatment, as amended by Decree No. 352 / 2013 Coll.
According to Article 108 (1) of Act No. 258 / 2000 Coll., on the Protection of Public Health and on the Amendment of Certain Related Acts, as amended by Act No. 274 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 274 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 392 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 222 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 151 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 223 / 2013 Coll. and Act No. 267 / 2015 Coll., for the implementation of Section 5, paragraphs 1, 2, 8 and 10 of the Act:
Decree No. 409 / 2005 Coll., on sanitary requirements for products in direct contact with water and for water treatment, as amended by Decree No. 352 / 2013 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In the title of the decree, the word "coming 'is replaced by" coming'.
2. in Article 1 (1) (b), the word "on 'is deleted and the words" a chemical preparation intended for drinking or hot water treatment' are replaced by the words "chemicals or chemical mixtures intended for drinking or hot water treatment (" chemicals or chemical mixtures'); ';
3. in Article 1 (d):
"(d) water treatment technologies for the treatment of crude water and chemical substances or chemical mixtures which may be used for the treatment of water;"
4. in Article 1, points (e) to (g) are deleted;
5. in Paragraph 2 (t), including footnote 4:
"(t) chemical and chemical mixtures - chemicals or chemical mixtures according to the directly applicable European Union regulation on classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures (4), in final form, intended for use for drinking or hot water treatment.
(4) Regulation (EC) No 1272 / 2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 December 2008 on classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures, amending and repealing Directives 67 / 548 / EEC and 1999 / 45 / EC and amending Regulation (EC) No 1907 / 2006, as amended. '
6. Paragraph 5 (3) reads as follows:
"(3) The particulars referred to in paragraph 1 (a) and (c) shall be marked on the packaging, tag, accompanying documentation or in the instructions for use. ';
7. In Section 13 and Chapter C of Annex 2, "chemical preparations' is replaced by" chemicals and chemical mixtures'.
8. In the first and second sentences of Paragraph 13 (1), "chemical products' is replaced by" chemicals or chemical mixtures'.
9. In the first sentence of Article 13 (1), in the first sentence of Article 15 (1) and in the first and third indents of Annex 3, the words "chemical preparation 'are replaced by the words" chemicals or chemical mixtures'.
10. In the third sentence of Paragraph 13 (1), paragraph 2, the first and second sentences, in the title of Annex 3, in Annex 4, in the title and in Chapter A. (1), the words "chemical preparations" are replaced by the words "chemicals or chemical mixtures."
11. in Article 13 (3), "chemical production6)" is replaced by "chemicals or chemical mixtures 6)";
12. Paragraph 14 (4) is deleted.
13. In the title of Annex 2, the words "chemical preparations' are replaced by the words" chemicals and chemical mixtures'.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
