DECLARATION
of 18 December 2014
determining the justified costs and the maximum amount of reimbursement of the costs of services provided by the holder of documents for the purposes of pension insurance
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides, pursuant to § 35a (9) and § 127 (2) of Act No. 582 / 1991 Coll., on the organisation and implementation of social security, as amended by Act No. 306 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 479 / 2008 Coll. and Act No. 251 / 2014 Coll., ("the Act '):
Justified costs
The justified costs of the holder of documents relating to the fulfilment of obligations under § 35a (6) of the Act are the costs of:
(a) the search for an employer's document deposited with the holder of the documents;
(b) the acquisition of an extract or copy of an employer's document,
(c) the acquisition of a copy of the employer's document;
(d) confirmation of the conformity of the copy taken or a copy of the employer's document with the employer's document deposited with the holder of the documents;
(e) postage charges.
Maximum amount of remuneration
(1) The maximum amount of reimbursement of the costs of the search, the acquisition of an extract, a copy or a copy of the employer's document and the costs of attesting the conformity of the copy taken or a copy of the employer's document with the employer's document deposited with the holder of the documents, which the holder of the document may require, are shown in the schedule set out in the Annex hereto.
(2) The costs of the postal service used are reimbursed at the level of the actual costs according to the applicable price list of the postal service operator used.
The maximum amount of remuneration for the deposit of the employer's documents in paper form pursuant to Section 35a (8) of the Act is set at CZK 210 for one and a regular meter of documents for the year and for the deposit of the employer's documents in digital form up to CZK 210 for one and the starting GB capacity for the year.
Efficacy
This Decree shall enter into force on 1 January 2015.

A. Search for an employer's document deposited with the document holder
The payment for the search for the employer's document deposited with the holder of the documents in case of a negative finding shall be no more than CZK 100 / hour.
B. Acquisition of an extract or copy of an employer's document
The payment for the purchase of an extract or copy of an employer's document shall be no more than CZK 50 for each party initiated by the holder of the documents of the processed extract or copy.
C. Acquisition of a copy of the employer's document
The remuneration for the acquisition of a copy of the employer's document shall be as follows:

The maximum amounts of payments for newly produced digital copies of documents in digital format are set for cases where they are provided in colour with a colour depth of 24 bit or more, in a base resolution of 300 dpi, JPG, PDF / A, PDF version 1.7 and higher, TIFF, PNG or RAW.
D. Confirmation of compliance of the copy or copy of the employer's document with the employer's document deposited with the holder of the documents
The payment for processing the confirmatory clause on each side of the processed copy or copy of the employer's document shall be no more than CZK 5.
