GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 23 October 2013
amending Government Regulation No 86 / 2011 Coll., on technical requirements for toys, as amended by Government Regulation No 24 / 2013 Coll.
The Government orders pursuant to Article 22 of Act No. 22 / 1997 Coll., on Technical Requirements for Products and on the Amendment and Addition of Certain Acts, as amended by Act No. 205 / 2002 Coll. and Act No. 34 / 2011 Coll., ("the Act ') to implement § § 2 (d), § 11 (1), (2) and (9), § 11a (2), § 12 and 13 of the Act:
Government Regulation No. 86 / 2011 Coll., on Technical Requirements for Toys, as amended by Government Regulation No. 24 / 2013 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Section 1, the words "and the European Union's directly applicable regulation 4 'shall be inserted after the word" Union'.

"(4) Commission Regulation (EU) No 681 / 2013 of 17 July 2013 amending Part III of Annex II to Directive 2009 / 48 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the safety of toys. ';
2. In Annex No 2, Part III, point 12, under the heading "barium ', in the second column, the number" 4 500' is replaced by "1 500 ', in the third column, the number" 1 125' is replaced by "375 'and in the fourth column, the number" 56 000' is replaced by "18 750 '.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
