DECLARATION
of 29 August 2005
amending Decree No. 334 / 2003 Coll.
The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports provides, pursuant to § 41 (1) (a) of Act No. 109 / 2002 Coll., on the performance of constitutional education or protective education in educational establishments for the performance of constitutional education and protection education and on preventive educational care in educational establishments and on the amendment of other laws:
Decree No. 334 / 2003 Coll., adjusting the details of the performance of constitutional and protective education in educational establishments, is hereby amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 15 (3) reads as follows:
"(3) The Children's Diagnostic Institute in Hradec Králové has territorial scope for municipalities with extended scope Broumov, Dobruška, Dvěr Králové nad Labem, Hořice, Hradec Králové, Jaroměří, Jičín, Kostelec nad Orlicí, Náhod, Nová Paka, Nové Městí nad Metují, Nové Byžov, Rydnov nad Knežněžnou, Semily, Trutnov, Vrchlabí Králové, Česká Třebová, Ústí nad Orlicí, Vylické Míto, Krámělové Králové, Želky, Šemberk. '
2. Paragraph 15 (8) reads as follows:
"(8) The Children's Diagnostic Institute in Brno has a territorial scope for the municipalities with extended scope of Blansko, Boskovice, Brno, Břeclav, Bučovice, Hodonin, Hustopeče, Ivančice, Kuřim, Kyjov, Mikulov, Moravský Krumlov, Pohořelice, Rosice, Slavkov u Brna, Šlapanice, Tišnov, Veselí nad Moravou, Vyškov, Znojmo, Židlochovice, Byšíce nad Pernštejnev, Jihlava el, Moravská Buděvice, Nové Městí na Morava, Telč, Třečí, Žnář nad Sázázavou, Bystíce pod Hostýn, Holešov, Kroměříříž, Uherské Hradiv."
3. Paragraph 15 (9) reads as follows:
"(9) The Children's Diagnostic Institute in Bohumín has a territorial scope for the municipalities with extended scope of Bílovík, Bohumín, Bruntál, Český Těšín, Frenštát pod Radhostí, Frýdek-Místek, Frýdlant nad Ostravicí, Havířov, Hlučín, Jablunkov, Karviná, Kopřivnice, Kravaře, Krnov, Nové Jichín, Odry, Opava, Orlová, Ostrava, Rýmařov, Třinec and Vítkov."
4. In Article 15, the following paragraph 10 is inserted after paragraph 9:
"(10) The Children's Diagnostic Institute in Olomouc has a territorial scope for municipalities with extended competence of Olomouc, Přerov, Šternberk, Uničov, Litovel, Bounice, Jeseník, Mohelnice, Konice, Prostějov, Zábřeh, Šumperk, Lipnik nad Bečvou, Rožnov pod Radhošt, Valašské Meříčí, Vsetín, Luhačovice, Otrokovice, Valašské Klobůky, Vizovice and Zlín. '
Paragraphs 10 to 14 shall become paragraphs 11 to 15.
5. In Article 15 (13), the words "Valašské Meziříčí 'are replaced by the words" Great Meziříčí'.
6. In Paragraph 15 (15), "13 'is replaced by" 14'.
Efficacy
This Decree shall enter into force on 1 October 2005.
