DECLARATION
of 11 November 2022
amending Decree No. 428 / 2010 Coll., laying down a range of foreigners who may reside in the transit area of an international airport in the Czech Republic only on the basis of an airport transit visa granted, as amended
The Ministry of Interior, after consulting the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, provides for Act No. 326 / 1999 Coll., on the residence of foreigners in the Czech Republic and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended by Act No. 428 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 379 / 2007 Coll. and Act No. 427 / 2010 Coll.:
In the Annex to Decree No. 428 / 2010 Coll., establishing a circle of foreigners who may reside in the transit area of an international airport within the territory of the Czech Republic only on the basis of an airport transit visa issued, as amended by Decree No. 270 / 2011 Coll., Decree No. 46 / 2013 Coll., Decree No. 20 / 2014 Coll., Decree No. 198 / 2014 Coll., Decree No. 255 / 2018 Coll., Decree No. 69 / 2019 Coll. and Decree No. 308 / 2019 Coll., the following point 15 is inserted after point 14:
"Russia 15,"
Points 15 to 17 shall become points 16 to 18.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on the third day following its publication.
