GOVERNMENT REGULATION

of 9 December 2019

amending Government Regulation No 318 / 2017 Coll., on the remuneration of members of the representatives of the local authorities, as amended by Government Regulation No 202 / 2018 Coll.

The Government orders pursuant to § 153 (1) of Act No. 128 / 2000 Coll., on Municipality (municipal establishment), as amended by Act No. 626 / 2004 Coll. and Act No. 99 / 2017 Coll., pursuant to § 98 of Act No. 129 / 2000 Coll., on Regions (regional establishment), as amended by Act No. 231 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 626 / 2004 Coll. and Act No. 99 / 2017 Coll., and pursuant to § 120 (1) of Act No. 131 / 2000 Coll., on the Capital City of Prague, as amended by Act No. 626 / 2004 Coll.

The Annex to Government Regulation No 318 / 2017 Coll., on the remuneration of members of the representatives of the local authorities, as amended by Government Regulation No 202 / 2018 Coll., reads as follows:
