State Election Commission
of 15 October 2012
on the publication and publication of the overall results of the new elections to the municipal council on 13 October 2012
The State Election Commission announces and publishes, pursuant to § 51 of Act No. 491 / 2001 Coll., on elections to municipal councils and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended, the overall results of the new elections to municipal councils held on 13 October 2012.
Based on the Communication of the Ministry of Interior No. 140 / 2012 Coll., No. 146 / 2012 Coll., No. 180 / 2012 Coll., No. 188 / 2012 Coll., No. 189 / 2012 Coll., No. 217 / 2012 Coll., No. 247 / 2012 Coll. and No. 248 / 2012 Coll. were held on 13 October 2012 in accordance with Act No. 491 / 2001 Coll., on elections to municipal councils and on changes to certain laws, as amended, new elections to municipal councils.
The Czech Statistical Office found the following election results from the minutes of the vote and the outcome of the vote submitted by the District Electoral Commission:
(a) total number of municipalities in which the council was elected: 9
(b) total number of persons registered in the lists: 1436
(c) total number of voters to whom official envelopes have been issued: 979
(d) total number of elected representatives of municipalities: 52
in this according to the electoral parties:
7 Czech Social Democratic Party 3
80 Independent candidates 5
90 Association of independent candidates - local association total 43

(e) a list of the municipalities in which the elections were not held (§ 23 (8)) and the municipalities in which the re-election will be announced (§ 43 (2)):

did not occur,
- a list of municipalities where the District Electoral Commission has not submitted its minutes within the prescribed time limit (Paragraph 43 (2)):
It didn't occur.
