GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 22 September 2003
determining, for the purposes of pension insurance, the amount of the general assessment basis for 2002 and the amount of the conversion rate for adjusting the general assessment basis for 2002 and adjusting the amounts for establishing the calculation base
The Government orders pursuant to § 17 paragraphs 2 and 4 and § 107 paragraph 2 of Act No. 155 / 1995 Coll., on Pension Insurance, as amended by Act No. 134 / 1997 Coll., Act No. 289 / 1997 Coll. and Act No. 353 / 2001 Coll.:
The general assessment basis for 2002 is CZK 15 711.
The conversion rate for the adjustment of the general assessment base for 2002 shall be 1,0717.
The amounts for establishing the calculation basis set out in Section 15 of Act No. 155 / 1995 Coll. and last increased by Government Decree No. 439 / 2002 Coll. are increased as follows:
a) amounts of CZK 7,400 are increased to CZK 7,500,
b) Amounts of CZK 17 900 are increased to CZK 19 200.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2004.
