DECLARATION

amending Decree No. 244 / 1998 of the National Security Office Coll., on details of the determination and designation of the classification level and procedures for the creation, registration, transfer, transport, lending, storage, other handling and shredding of classified documents
The National Security Office provides pursuant to Sections 6 (5) and 48 (2) of Act No. 148 / 1998 Coll., on the Protection of classified information and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended by Act No. 164 / 1999 Coll.:
Decree No. 244 / 1998 Coll., on the details of the classification and labelling of the classification level and the procedures for the creation, registration, transfer, transport, lending, storage, other handling and shredding of classified documents, shall be amended as follows:
1. In Section 7, the words "metal boxes, box and chamber safes specified by safety class .1) 'are replaced by the words" safes and lockable metal boxes.' and footnote 1 is deleted.
2. Paragraph 23 (4) reads as follows:
"(4) Secret documents shall be stored during and after processing in storage premises. The requirements for storage facilities for storing classified documents are set out in the Office's security standards. ';
3. In Article 27 (4), the words "and will be stored in a security class II storage facility 'are deleted.
4. In Paragraph 27 (5), the second and third sentences are deleted.
5. In Paragraph 29, after the word "Registration ', the word" a' is replaced by a comma and the words "classified documents' are replaced by the words" and the storage of classified documents'.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
