DECLARATION
of 25 August 2021
on the issue of commemorative silver two hundred crowns for the 150th anniversary of the birth of František Kupka
The Czech National Bank provides pursuant to § 22 paragraph 1 (a) of Act No. 6 / 1993 Coll., on the Czech National Bank, as amended by Act No. 442 / 2000 Coll. and Act No. 89 / 2018 Coll.:
(1) On 22 September 2021, the 150 anniversary of František Kupka's birth is issued with a commemorative silver coin of 200 CZK (hereinafter referred to as the "two hundred crowns").
(2) Two hundred koruna is issued in the normal version and in a special version with polished field of coin and matte relief (hereinafter "special version").
(3) Two hundred koruna is rolled from an alloy containing 925 parts of silver and 75 parts of copper. The weight of the 2-hundredth crown is 13 g, its diameter 31 mm and the force 2,3 mm. In the case of an embossing of two hundred crowns, the tolerance in the silver content shall be up to 1%, the difference in weight up to 0,26 g, the tolerance in diameter 0,1 mm and the tolerance in thickness 0,15 mm. The edge of two hundred crowns in normal design is serrated, the edge of two hundred crowns in special design is smooth with the feature "CZECH NATIONAL BANKA * Ag 0.925 * 13 g *."
(1) On the front side of the two hundred crown is a composition of partial motifs of works by František Kupka, in which the vertical text "I WANT TO CREATE AS A HUDEBNIK" is incorporated. In the left part of the coin is the vertical text "CZECH REPUBLIC" consisting of associated letters and denomination marking with abbreviation "200 CZK." The brand of the Czech Mint is placed at the bottom of the coin.
(2) On the reverse side of the two-hundred crown is a composition of partial motifs from the works of František Kupka, in which his portrait and vertical text "NOT TO MALOTE HUDBU" is incorporated. In the left part of the coin is placed the vertical text "BUPPER FRANTIŠEK" consisting of joined letters and vertical texts "1871" and "2021." Adam Fejfar's coin tag is located at the bottom of the coin.
(3) The picture of the two hundred crown is given in the annex to this decree.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 22 September 2021.
