GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 19 June 2002
on the declaration and cancellation of declarations of certain cultural monuments for national cultural monuments
The Government orders pursuant to § 4 (1) of Act No. 20 / 1987 Coll., on State Monument Care:
STATEMENT OF CERTAIN CULTURAL MEMORIES FOR NATIONAL CULTURAL MEMORIES
(1) The following cultural monuments are declared national cultural monuments:
a) in the capital of Prague
1. Czech Crown Jewels,
2. Bethlehem Chapel,
3. Carolinum,
4. National Museum,
5. New Town Hall;
(b) in South Bohemia
Rozberg pond system;
(c) in the Ústí Region
The memorial to the victims of the disaster at the Nelson Mine;
(d) in Vysočina
1. Karl Havlíček Borovski's home,
2. The monastery with the church of St. Prokop in Trebic,
3. Jewish cemetery in Trebic;
e) in the Moravian-Silesian Region
Mine Deep and high kilns and coking plant Vítkovice ironworks.
(2) The location, description and spatial identification of the national cultural monuments referred to in paragraph 1 are set out in the Annex to this Regulation.
(3) The State Heritage Institute shall mark the national cultural monuments referred to in paragraph 1 within 2 copies of the cadastral maps within 60 days of the date of entry into force of this Regulation; 1 copy shall be deposited in the Central List of Cultural Monuments and 1 copy sent without delay to the Regional Office in whose administrative district the national cultural monument referred to in paragraph 1 is located.
(4) Where a part of the land is indicated in the spatial identification marks in the Annex to this Regulation, that part of the land shall be understood as being drawn in copies of the cadastral maps referred to in paragraph 3.
WITHDRAWAL OF THE DECLARATION OF CERTAIN CULTURAL MEMORIES IN NATIONAL CULTURAL MEMORIES
The declaration of the following national cultural monuments shall be deleted:
a) Czech Crown Jewels, Karolinum in Prague, Bethlehem Chapel in Prague, New Town Hall in Prague and National Museum in Prague,
b) Memorial to the victims of the mine disaster at the Mine Nelson in Osek and the House of Karl Havlíček Borovski in Havlíčkov Borová
made by resolutions of the government.1)
EFFECTIVE
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 August 2002.
