DECLARATION
of 4 September 2025
amending Decree No 412 / 2021 Coll., on budgetary composition, as amended
The Ministry of Finance sets out, pursuant to Article 2a (4) of Act No. 218 / 2000 Coll., on budgetary rules and amending certain related laws (budgetary rules), as amended by Act No. 484 / 2020 Coll., and pursuant to § 2 (3) of Act No. 250 / 2000 Coll., on the budgetary rules of the territorial budgets, as amended by Act No. 484 / 2020 Coll.:
Decree No. 412 / 2021 Coll., on the budget structure, as amended by Decree No. 402 / 2022 Coll., Decree No. 348 / 2023 Coll., Decree No. 385 / 2024 Coll. and Decree No. 105 / 2025 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Article 13, the words "with the exception of the budgets of municipalities, regions and voluntary associations of municipalities and their funds' shall be added at the end of the text of paragraph 1.
2. In Annex No 1, the words "Chapter 309 of the Ombudsman's Office 'are replaced by the words" Chapter 309 of the Ombudsman's and the Ombudsman's Office'.
3. In Annex No 2, at the end of sub-headings 122 and 123, the following entry 1235 is added:
"Item 1235 - Revenue from the electricity generation charge for wind power generation '.
4. In Annex 3, "Section 5470 - Office of the Ombudsman 'is replaced by" Section 5470 - Office of the Ombudsman and the Ombudsman of children';
5. In Annex 4, the recording units 024 to 036 are deleted.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2026, with the exception of Article I (2) and (4), which shall take effect on the day following that of its publication.
