GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 5 October 2016
amending Government Regulation No 567 / 2006 Coll., on minimum wage, the lowest levels of guaranteed wage, the definition of a difficult working environment and the amount of the wage surcharge for work in a difficult working environment, as amended
The Government orders pursuant to § 111 (2) and § 112 (2) of Act No. 262 / 2006 Coll., Labour Code:
Government Decree No. 567 / 2006 Coll., on minimum wage, on the lowest levels of guaranteed wage, on the definition of a difficult working environment and on the amount of the wage surcharge for work in a difficult working environment, as amended by Government Decree No. 249 / 2007 Coll., Government Decree No. 452 / 2009 Coll., Government Decree No. 246 / 2012 Coll., Government Decree No. 210 / 2013 Coll., Government Decree No. 204 / 2014 Coll. and Government Decree No. 233 / 2015 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. in Paragraph 1 (a):
"(a) the level of the basic minimum wage rate and the conditions for its provision;"
2. In Section 2, "58,70 'is replaced by" 66' and "9 900 'is replaced by" 11 000'.
3. Paragraph 3 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) The lowest wage guaranteed levels for a fixed weekly working period of 40 hours shall be graduated according to the complexity, responsibility and workload of the work carried out, classified in 8 groups, and shall be:

4. Article 4 shall be deleted, including the title.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2017.
