GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 16 September 2009
amending Government Regulation No. 82 / 2006 Coll., on the determination of further data recorded on the soil block or on the soil block part in the agricultural land use register
The Government orders pursuant to § 3a (5) (m) of Act No. 252 / 1997 Coll., on Agriculture, as amended by Act No. 128 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 441 / 2005 Coll. and Act No. 291 / 2009 Coll.:
In Section 1 of Government Decree No. 82 / 2006 Coll., on the determination of other data registered for the soil block or for the soil block part in the land use register, the dot is replaced by a comma at the end of point (i) and the following points (j) to (n) are added, including footnotes 9 to 13:
"(j) the level of operational level and the presence of litoral9) for the type of agricultural culture of the pond;
(k) classification in the territory designated for controlled floods under the Water Act (10);
(l) the area of the planted area of the vineyard under the directly applicable European Community11) for the type of agricultural crop of the vineyard;
(m) the rate of erosion risk of agricultural soils 12),
(n) the number of viable individuals per ha for the type of agricultural culture fruit orchards managed under the intensive fruit regime (13).

10) Paragraph 68 (2) of Act No. 254 / 2001 Coll., on Water and on the Amendment of Certain Laws (Water Act), as amended by Act No. 181 / 2008 Coll.
11) Article 75 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 555 / 2008 of 27 June 2008 laying down detailed rules for the application of Council Regulation (EC) No 479 / 2008 on the common organisation of the market in wine as regards support programmes, trade with third countries, production potential and controls in the wine sector.
12) Article 6 and Annex III to Council Regulation (EC) No 73 / 2009 of 19 January 2009 establishing common rules for direct support schemes under the common agricultural policy and establishing certain support schemes for farmers, amending Regulations (EC) No 1290 / 2005, (EC) No 247 / 2006, (EC) No 378 / 2007 and repealing Regulation (EC) No 1782 / 2003.
13) Paragraph 2 (1) (h) of Act No. 147 / 2002 Coll., on the Central Audit and Examination Institute of Agriculture and on the amendment of certain related laws (Act on the Central Audit and Examination Institute of Agriculture), as amended by Act No. 317 / 2004 Coll. and Act No. 441 / 2005 Coll. '
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 October 2009.
