GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 12 December 2007
amending Government Regulation No 565 / 2006 Coll., on the pay ratios of professional soldiers
The Government mandates pursuant to § 23 (1) (b) to (e) of Act No. 143 / 1992 Coll., on the salary and remuneration of on-call time in budgetary and in certain other organisations and bodies, as amended by Act No. 40 / 1994 Coll., Act No. 217 / 2000 Coll. and Act No. 626 / 2004 Coll.:
Government Decree No. 565 / 2006 Coll., on the pay ratios of professional soldiers, is amended as follows:
1. In Article 10 (2), the words ", Avia influenza virus type A, subtype H 5 or H 7 and its genetic mutation, Mycobacterium tuberculosis' shall be added at the end of the text in point (h).
2. In Paragraph 10, the dot is replaced by a comma at the end of paragraph 2 and the following point (k) is added:
"(k) work related to the investigation and treatment of persons hospitalized in clinical centres specialised in the treatment of infectious diseases."
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the first day of the calendar month following its publication.
