GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 19 June 2002
amending Government Decree No. 262 / 1995 Coll., on the declaration and cancellation of declarations of certain cultural monuments for national cultural monuments, as amended by Government Decree No. 171 / 1998 Coll.
The Government orders pursuant to § 4 (1) of Act No. 20 / 1987 Coll., on State Monument Care:
Government Decree No. 262 / 1995 Coll., on the declaration and cancellation of declarations of certain cultural monuments for national cultural monuments, as amended by Government Decree No. 171 / 1998 Coll., is amended as follows:
1.
The following cultural monuments are declared national cultural monuments:
a) in the capital of Prague
1. Clementine,
2. Old Town Square,
3. The memorial of St. Wenceslas,
4. Church of St. Nicholas on the Lesser Side,
5. Old Jewish cemetery,
6. Old-fashioned synagogue,
7. Weaponry monastery,
8. Muller Villa,
9. Hrad Šárka;
(b) in the Central Bohemian Region
1. Lidice Memorial,
2. Church of St. Bartholomew in Cologne,
3. Urban fortifications in Smoking,
4. Church of St. Barbara in Kutna Hora,
5. Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary in Old Bloslav,
6. The churches of St. Wenceslas and St. Kliment in Old Bloslav,
7. Church of the Virgin Mary with monastery - Saint Hora;
(c) in South Bohemia

2. The following Section 1a is inserted after Section 1:
(1) The location, description and spatial identification of the national cultural monuments referred to in Article 1 are set out in the Annex to this Regulation.
(2) The State Heritage Institute shall mark the national cultural monuments referred to in Section 1 within 2 copies of the cadastral maps within 60 days of the date of entry into force of this Regulation; 1 copy shall be deposited in the Central List of Cultural Monuments and 1 copy sent without delay to the Regional Office in whose administrative district the national cultural monument referred to in Article 1 is located.
(3) Where a part of the plot is indicated in the spatial identification marks in the Annex to this Regulation, that part of the plot shall be understood as being drawn in copies of the cadastral maps referred to in paragraph 2. ';
