GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 9 December 2019
amending Government Regulation No. 172 / 2016 Coll., on the setting of thresholds and amounts for the purposes of the Public Procurement Act, as amended by Government Regulation No. 471 / 2017 Coll.
The Government orders pursuant to § 18 (3) and § 25 of Act No. 134 / 2016 Coll., on Public Procurement:
Government Regulation No. 172 / 2016 Coll., on the establishment of thresholds and amounts for the purposes of the Public Procurement Act, as amended by Government Regulation No. 471 / 2017 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. footnote 2 shall read:
"(2) Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019 / 1827 of 30 October 2019 amending Directive 2014 / 23 / EU of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the financial limit for concessions. Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019 / 1828 of 30 October 2019 amending Directive 2014 / 24 / EU of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards financial limits for public supply contracts, services, works and design contests. Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019 / 1829 of 30 October 2019 amending Directive 2014 / 25 / EU of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards financial limits for supply contracts, services, works and design contests. Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019 / 1830 of 30 October 2019 amending Directive 2009 / 81 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the thresholds for supply, service and works contracts. ';
2. In § 2 (1) (a) and § 3 (1) (a) the amount "3 873 000 CZK" is replaced by "3 568 000 CZK."
3. In § 2 (1) (b) and § 3 (1) (b), "5 944 000 CZK" is replaced by "5 494 000 CZK."
4. In § 2 (2) and § 3 (2), "11 915 000 CZK 'is replaced by" 10 989 000 CZK'.
5. In § 3 (3), § 3 (4) (b) and § 4, "149 224 000 CZK" is replaced by "137 366 000 CZK."
6. In Paragraph 3 (4) of the Introductory Part of the provision, the amount "CZK 20 172 000 'is replaced by" CZK 19 257 000'.
7. In § 3 (4) (a) and § 5 (b), the amount "26 897 000 CZK" is replaced by "25 676 000 CZK."
8. In § 5 (a), "CZK 2 151 000" is replaced by "CZK 2 054 000."
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2020.
