Energy Regulatory Authority
of 1 December 2015
on pricing decisions
The Energy Regulatory Authority, in accordance with Article 10 (2) of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on prices, as amended, announces that pursuant to Article 17 (6) (d) of Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the Terms and Conditions of Business and on the Performance of Government Administration in the Energy Sector and on the Amendment of Certain Laws (Energy Act), as amended, it issued Price Decision No. 6 / 2015 of 25 November 2015, on regulated prices related to gas supply, Price Decision No. 7 / 2015 of 26 November 2015 setting prices for the related electricity service and other regulated prices, and Decision No. 8 / 2015 of 26 November 2015 establishing prices for the related service to low voltage customers in electricity.
According to Article 17 (9) of the Energy Act, the Energy Regulatory Authority published price decision No 6 / 2015 in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 25 November 2015, amounting to 7. The price decision became valid on that date of publication.
The Energy Regulatory Authority's price decision No 7 / 2015 was published in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 27 November 2015, amounting to 8.
The Energy Regulatory Authority's price decision No 8 / 2015 was published in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 27 November 2015, amounting to 9.
The above price decisions shall take effect on 1 January 2016.
