DECLARATION
of 17 October 2013
amending Decree No. 430 / 2001 Coll., on the costs of racing meals and their reimbursement in the organisational components of the State and of the State Contributors, as amended
The Ministry of Finance provides pursuant to § 69 of Act No. 218 / 2000 Coll., on Budgetary Rules and on the amendment of certain related laws (Budget Rules), as amended by Act No. 465 / 2011 Coll.:
In Section 3 of Decree No. 430 / 2001 Coll., on the costs of racing meals and their reimbursement in the organisational units of the State and of the state contribution organisations, as amended by Decree No. 354 / 2007 Coll., paragraph 12 is added:
"(12) For organisations within the competence of one administrator of the state budget chapter, the agreed price of the main food may not cover the costs referred to in Article 2 (c) when providing the catering service referred to in paragraph 11. '
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2014.
