DECLARATION
of 21 August 2008
amending Decree of the Ministry of Defence No. 268 / 1999 Coll., which, for the purposes of service formalities, determines who is considered to be an executive flyer and which service is a service of a special nature or a special degree of danger, and the procedure for the payment of service charges, as amended by Decree No. 458 / 2002 Coll.
The Ministry of Defence provides for the Act No. 221 / 1999 Coll., on professional soldiers, as amended by Act No. 155 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 254 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 362 / 2003 Coll. and Act No. 189 / 2006 Coll.:
In Section 1 of Decree No. 268 / 1999 Coll., which specifies, for the purposes of service formalities, who is considered to be an executive flyer and which service is a service of a special nature or a special degree of hazard, and the procedure for the payment of service charges, as amended by Decree No. 458 / 2002 Coll., the dot is replaced by a comma at the end of point (g) and the following point (h) is added:
"(h) on-board shooter."
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 October 2008.
